OFS Does Not Respect The Time Of Booking Field When Loading Activities (Doc ID 2998878.1)

Symptoms

OFS is not respecting the value we send in the property "atime_of_booking" via API when creating an activity. It always sets it as the creation time of the day the activity is first injected.

RECREATE STEPS:
- Create an activity using the property atime_of_booking as follows:
  "atime_of_booking":"2024-01-02 18:06:00"
