Goal

There are multiple forecast runs that are all created by a WSForecast  (description web service request). What does this mean?

Steps to Reproduce
1. Log into AIF
2. Strategy & Policy Management
3. Manage Forecast Configurations
Result in the Run Details under runs For Type "E2E Run Type" and Created By = "WSForecast".
