Symptoms

On : 11.13.23.10.0 version, Service Request

When attempting to create service request and change business unit,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Error: A value is Required

You Must enter a value



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Services
2. Service requests
3. Create Service Requests
4. Business unit got defaulted and try to change the value
5. Above issue/Validation error occurs
