Symptoms

Problem Description:

Error when attempting to click 'Open for Sourcing' in Recruiting Activity Center for Awaiting formatting requisition.

Error:

You don't have permission to perform this requisition action. Ask another member of hiring team to do it.

Steps:

1. Navigate to Recruiting Activity Center > select a Job Requisition which is in Awaiting Formatting status > click on Actions
2. Click on Open for Sourcing > Key Info page would be displayed
3. Click on Open for Sourcing button > Error message displayed
