Symptoms
When invoking the processAcknowledgement operation of Order Fulfillment Response Service to update the status of the fulfilment lines from ‘Scheduled’ to ‘DOO_TP_AWAIT_ACCEPT’ (i.e., AwaitingTransportationPlanningResponse) using the URL,
SOAP Webservice URL: https://XXXXX/fscmService/OrderFulfillmentResponseService?WSDL
The following error message is received intermittently.
Error Message:
Order management rejected the response because FulfillmentSystem EDI in message header does not match application OPS that received the request. (DOO-2685884) Details: Make sure the message header references the same application that received the request.
