Unable To Create A Calendar Exceptions Using Rest API (Doc ID 2999027.1)

Symptoms

On: P6 22.12 version, Cloud: P6 REST API

In an On-Premise environment, after trying to create calendars with HolidayOrException and a StandartWorkWeek via the P6 RestApi with P6 version 22.12.4 it was noticed that the calendar is created without an error message and no errors about Holidays or Exceptions are thrown.
Still, only the DefaultValues are created for the StandartWorkWeek.

Normally, in P6 Web the newly created Calendar should indicate the Holidays, and the Exceptions or an error should be generated if it is not possible to create this kind of calendar.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
-------------------------

  1. Try to use P6 Rest API to create a Calendar with Exceptions
  2. Notice that the creation of the calendar is successful
  3. Verify the calendar in P6 Web and notice that it is just a standard calendar without any exceptions
