Symptoms

After 24A users are unable to access privileges for the roles Line Manager and Payroll Manager

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigator > Tools > Security Console

2. Under roles search for either Line Manager (ORA_PER_LINE_MANAGER_ABSTRACT) or Payroll Manager (ORA_PAY_PAYROLL_MANAGER_JOB) seeded role

3. Observe that privileges are not visible
