Symptoms
In Next Gen HRHD SR, try to add message to a SR. The user is asked to choose a channel. The user can choose channel type but when choose channel type there is no channel available in drop down
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to HRHD > Open a SR
2. Try to add message
3. Choose a channel type but there is no channel available.
