PRC:PO: 24A- 'DRAFT' PDF And PR Attachments Being Attached Into Buyer FYI Implemented Notification On Approved Documents (Doc ID 2999143.1)

Symptoms

In Fusion Applications Update 24A, Internal Buyer receiving FYI implemented notification having Attachment problems.

 

Problem I:

Attachments from Purchase Requisitions (PR) are also coming in FYI implemented notification of approved Purchase Order (PO)/Changs Orders(CO) , Buyer receiving.

Steps:

- Create PO from backing approved PR
- Approve PO
- Buyer receiving FYI Implemented notifications , includes  PR attachments (for Approver category) along with PO PDF

 

 

Problem II:

Even after Agreement / Purchase Order (PO) approved, the buyer receiving 'DRAFT' watermarked PDF in FYI implemented notification.

Steps:

- Agreement / PO approved
- Buyer checking the PDF on FYI Implement notification
- Notification showing the 'DRAFT' watermarked PDF
