Error Occur in Prepare Assets Transaction Data After Changing Queue To Delete (Doc ID 2999268.1)

Symptoms

User created two records in fa_mass_additions table (by ADFDI or FBDI) with the same asset number by mistake.
After posting one record, the following error occurred in "Prepare Assets Transaction Data" process when changing the queue of the other record to "Delete" in the Prepare Mass Additions spreadsheet.
