A restriction is being enforced while trying to move an activity to a technician, and the error "Required resource list mismatch" is presented.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:

It should be possible to move the activity.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR:

Can't move the activity to the desired resource.
