Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When attempting to login to Primavera Analytics (OBIEE Analytics) the page gets stuck on the 'Signing In' animation and never completes.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
To be able to successfully login to Primavera Analytics.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.  Access the Primavera Analytics URL for example, https://p6.oraclelcoud.com/customer/analytics
2.  Submit the user login credentials.
3.  Take note that the login process never completes.
