Symptoms


When attempting to switch automatic backups from OSS to DBRS, the following error occurs:

"Switch backup destination from OSS to ZRCV failed.Refer to WorkRequestId RollbackSwitchOssToDbrs-SwitchVmBkpDstOssToDbrs-xxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxxx when opening a Service Request at My Oracle Support."

 

In dcs logs:   

The prerequisite of registering a Recovery Service subnet is not met. Please register a Recovery Service subnet before enabling automatic backups.
