Symptoms
Modified Customer order returns in ReSA failing with below Primary constraint error when loading to RMS:
Error:
@0PACKAGE_ERROR@1ORA-00001: unique constraint (RMS01.PK_INV_STATUS_QTY) violated@2INVADJ_SQL.FLUSH_INV_STAT_QTY
Steps to Recreate:
1.Create Customer order return transaction with return disposition Lock.
2.Process the same to RMS by running batches.
3.Now modify the ReSA transaction(Change the price to correct price) .
4.Try to upload the ReSA transaction into RMS
