Full Publish and Partial Publish Time concern

As discussed the timings of the Full Publish/Partial Publish are a big concern for us. Please see approximate stats below in our test instance which has only 30% of the production volume as of now.
Full Publish - 13 Hrs
Partial Publish - Happens anywhere between 3.5 Hrs and 6.5 Hrs depending on the object being published
