Symptoms

On : 11.13.23.10.0 version, GL Reports & Inquire Screens

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
A published hierarchy is not showing on any Inquire, FRS or Smart View.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
If the publish process ends successfully, the hierarchy version should be visible in the cubes



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a hierarchy

2. Publish the hierarchy and the process ends successfully

3. Go to Inquire and Detail balances, FRS or Smart View  and search for it.
