Unable to Access Document Manager Permissions from Gearbox or Actions Menu after Upgrade to 23.12 (Doc ID 2999714.1)

Users with permissions to the Document Manager are unable to access the Permissions via the gearbox and when selecting the Actions menu; when they try to access it via the gearbox or Action menu it is stuck in a continuous state of loading.

To be able to access the permissions of the document manager via the gear box and Actions menu.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Shell > Document Manager > Documents.
  2. Select desired document.
  3. Either click on the Actions menu or click on the gear icon.
  4. Select Permissions.
  5. Observe it is stuck in a continuous state of load.
