Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Users with permissions to the Document Manager are unable to access the Permissions via the gearbox and when selecting the Actions menu; when they try to access it via the gearbox or Action menu it is stuck in a continuous state of loading.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
To be able to access the permissions of the document manager via the gear box and Actions menu.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Navigate to Shell > Document Manager > Documents.
- Select desired document.
- Either click on the Actions menu or click on the gear icon.
- Select Permissions.
- Observe it is stuck in a continuous state of load.
