 BCE process is failing with below exception, 

fsgbu-baics-iad,fsgbu-baics ,"ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into (""BCEDATA"".""FSI_MGMT_LGR_DAILY_BALANCES"".""N_ML_COA_SEG_COMB_ID"")"

Changes

BCE Execution is successful for 17-Mar-23
BCE Execution is failing with above error for 18-Mar-23 (18 Mar Execution is roll forward/carry forward)
We see COA Segment values for this account varies between Balance Initialization Entries & Source Journals Received on 17 Mar 2023

 When we analyzed FSI Accounting Entries population query, it has a join on DFPOI.POI_ML_COA_SEG_COMBINATION and N_ML_COA_SEG_COMB_ID is fetched as null because there are no matching records found in the DFPOI.POI_ML_COA_SEG_COMBINATION table.
