Symptoms

Sudden spike in OCPU is noticed in Blockchain nodes and storage reaching 100% of the storage, leading to crash.

Attempting to query identities on CA fails with "failed to get identities: failed to get identities: {\"result\":\"\",\"errors\":[{\"code\":30,\"message\":\"Failed searching certificates: List MDR keyprefix '' in 'ca.certificates' namespace failed\"}\n],\"messages\":[],\"success\":false}"

Getting "Error 504 Gateway Timeout Error" when trying to access Blockchain Console.
