STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in the application
2. Go to scheduled process and execute "Revenue Territory Territory Based Assignment"
3. The process fails with error

FUNCTIONAL IMPACT

The issue has the following functional impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot assign the territory
