Problem Description

Unable to withdraw and redraft offer for an internal promotion which was cancelled.

When attempting to withdraw the job offer the user receives an error.

You can't do this current action on candidate XXXX because a work relationship exists for them. (IRC-1590225)

Steps

1. Go to Home>My Client Groups>Manage Job Offers
2. Search for offer
3. click Actions>>Withdraw Candidate
