Data should not be duplicated after debriefed in OFS
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create and book a segmented activity
2. Start the first segment and record labor and expenses using the debrief plugin
3. Complete the first segment and verify the synchronized information in B2B
4. Start the second segment and record labor and expenses using the debrief plugin
5. Complete the second segment and verify if the information was duplicated in B2B
