PRC:PON: Horizontal Scroll Bar is Missing on Pop-Up Windows in Search LOVs on Negotiations (Doc ID 3000269.1)

Symptoms

There are no horizontal scroll bars in Negotiation pop-up windows when doing a search.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. User creates a RFx and enters in the required details
  2. User adds a new row on the Lines tab of the RFx
  3. User clicks on 'Search' icon for the Item
  4. User queries for the required item and clicks on 'Search' in the 'Search and Select: Item' window

Observation/Issues:

  1. The user is not able to view the entire information under Item Description as the window appears to be too small
  2. There is NO horizontal scroll bar for the user to be able to view the entire information under Item Description
