"Parameter Value Field Missing" Error When Submitting D1-SMDEC Batch After Upgrade from 22C to 23A (Doc ID 3000307.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Utilities Customer Cloud Service (CCS) and Meter Solution Cloud Service (MSCS) version 23A when submitting batch job the following error occurs: "Parameter Value Field Missing".

When reviewing Batch Job Submission for D1-SMDEC, the batch parameter names and descriptions do not match according to confirmation on Batch Control (e.g. Parameter Name "fileLocation" shows description "Maintenance Object" instead of "File Location".

Similar batch job, D1-SIMDC, does not have this problem, the correct parameter name and descriptions are shown.

Changes

Problem began after upgrading from 22C to 23A
