Open Strategy Tasks Not Being Automatically Reassigned After Collector Has Been Changed (Doc ID 3000341.1)

Symptoms

When the collector is changed on a customer, the open tasks remain with the old collector and are not automatically assigned to the new collector.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Open strategy tasks are assigned to CollectorA
  2. Change the collector assigned to the customer from CollectorA to CollectorB
  3. View the open tasks.  The open task is still assigned to CollectorB
