Performance Issue with Embedded Data Transfroms in Autonomous Database (Doc ID 3000439.1)

Symptoms

Using Data Transfroms Embedded in Autonomous Database accesed from ADW console > Tool Configuration > Data transforms, takes a long time until Data Transforms comes up.

A screen with below message appears:

 

 

Also environment seems to be very unstable when doing simple tasks like editing or saving a connection, the instance seems to collapses multiple times and goes back to provisioning mode.
