When a Change Commit type Business Process (BP) record is created, the Consolidated? Data Element (DE) in the destination BP record line items shows blank for the line items that were consolidated from another Change Commit BP record.

The Consolidated? field should show Yes in the source BP record Line Item.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. In Unifier, navigate to Shell > Change Commit type BP and click Create.
  2. Add the necessary DE values on the Upper form.
  3. Go to the Line Item tab and click Add.
  4. Click Actions > Consolidate Line Items.
  5. Select the desired source Change Commit BP record to consolidate, select the line item(s) to consolidate, click Done.
  6. Note the Consolidated? DE is blank in the destination Change Commit line items that were consolidated from the Source BP record.
  7. Send the BP record to the next step.
  8. Open the BP record, select the Line Item tab, note the line items that had been consolidated show No in the Consolidated? DE.
