Symptoms

ISSUE DESCRIPTION:

Some crews are not able to complete Service Histories on Service History plugin, and receive an error when they attempt to do so. The message says "Your request could not be processed. Please continue working or contact your administrator for assistance".

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR:
===================
Technicians should be able to complete Service Histories.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR:
================
An error message is displayed preventing users from completing Service Histories.
