Symptoms

After running the job "ESS job to create index definition and perform initial ingest to OSCS" with the parameter "fa-hcm-learningitem", the job ends in an error. When viewing the job logs, the following error is listed:   

OSCS is not reachable, please try later

 The Profile Options HRC_ELASTIC_SEARCH_ENABLED and ORA_FND_SEARCH_EXT_ENABLED are enabled so the job should be completing.

Changes

Administrator is following the steps to enable the Redwood Learning Experience.
