Goal

User is learning Oracle Cloud Infrastructure AI Foundations and in the chapter 5. Generative AI and LLM Foundations, within this chapter there is a lesson "Demo LLM" and that require Generative AI in OCI. Their Region does not have Generative AI, Therefore needs to register in a region like US for this Demo.
Would like to subscribe in another region that has this service, but has a limit of 1 region allowed and shows the message

How to address this limitation?
