Unable To Update the Location Coordinates Of Some Projects/Shells (Doc ID 3000702.1)

Symptoms


When trying to update the location coordinates of some Projects/Shells the following Alert pops up:

ALPHASTR-ALPHANUMSTR -SHELL-0712* An unexpected error has occurred, and the system cannot process your request.

*The ALPHASTR-ALPHANUMSTR, and SHELL-0712 entry is an example and will be unique for each Project/Shell.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Sign into Unifier.
  2. Navigate to a Project/Shell.
  3. Open the Project/Shell Details Attribute Form
  4. Open the Latitude and Longitude (Geocode) Picker.
  5. change the input mode to "Degrees, Minutes, Seconds".
  6. Click "Save" and notice that the Alert pops up.
