Symptoms
An Error appears while trying to setup Redwood Addin for CX Sales by following the below navigation:
Application Composer-> Productivity Application Configuration-> Oracle Sales for Outlook.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Application Composer
2. Go to Productivity Application Configuration-> Oracle Sales for Outlook tab
3. Error occurs
