Lockbox Error - ORA-01458: invalid length inside variable character string (Doc ID 3000809.1)

Symptoms

When the user import lock box job with specific data condition, then job ended in variable Invalid Length Character String error (ORA-01458) intermittently only when the user passes the single transaction reference via overflow record not with Payment Record.

Error Message -
ORA-01458: invalid length inside variable character string
