On : 11.13.23.10.0 version, Authoring

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Procurement Contract review approvers disappear / failed at submission stage

When user add requester and click apply, the requester approver disappears

please see attached video for reference

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to be able to save approver for contract approval.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Attempt to add approver to ContractsApproval in BPM
2. Submit approver
3. Approver no longer visible
