Unable To Manage Item In MFCS UI - "VAT rate was not found for item X at VAT region Y" (Doc ID 3001181.1)

Goal

How to manage item issues if the necessary records are missing in table VAT_ITEM.


No VAT_ITEM record will be created when the uploaded ods file contains an "Effective Date" in the tab Item_VAT which is older than the current PERIOD.VDATE.
This will cause an issue ("VAT rate was not found for item X at VAT region Y"), that you cannot manage the item in the UI.
