Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Transactional data seeding not showing on transactional history screen
After loading data using transactional data seeding process, despite the data being successfully loaded into the system and being available on the SOCS app by lookup on container id, the same information is not available on the Transaction History screen or in the Item lookup screen.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

All loaded data should be available in all screens
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Load files attached into SIOCS
2. Lookup transfer in receiving screen (SOCS mobile)
3. Lookup transaction history for the item or via item lookup screen (SIOCS Desktop)
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot view the uploaded transactional history.
