Symptoms
Customer level notes in the Collections Dashboard are not getting saved.
Steps to Reproduce :
- Go to Collection Dashboard
- Query the customer Account
- Click on Notes Tab
- Add a Note and Save
- Navigate back to the UI and see that notes are missing
