ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
We are facing an issue in B2B application for duplicate trackers under WorkOrder object. B2B Service is integrated with OFSC via OIC. We have custom child objects under the Work Order object to store the Trackers (Part, Time and Expense trackers). In some scenarios OFSC is sending two events to B2B almost simultaneously (with a difference of milliseconds only), this is causing duplicate trackers to be created in B2B.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

OFSC should not generate two identical events.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

RECREATE STEPS:
- The technician starts activity
- 2 identical events are received in B2B via OIC.
