SIOCS | User Tables Access

In Reference to an enhancement request to expose user details for 3rd party integrations/reporting (Doc ID 2956824.1).
This enhancement was implemented in 23.2.301.2.

On version 23.2.401.1 you are unable to access the tables. How can the security user role/stores tables be accessed?
