Symptoms

When attempting to load a Documents Of Record HDL file, the following error occurs.

ERROR

This DocumentAttachment row can't be processed. The file XXX referenced by the File attribute doesn't exist in the BlobFiles folder.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Attempt to load a Documents Of Record HDL file
  2. Encounter the error message above
