Goal

In OTM Rapid Order Release screen, when entering Pickup Location and Delivery Location, a drop-down list of Lanes related to specific postal codes should be visible.

Also, the user should only see a limited selection of lanes, and the Admin should have the ability to control the visibility of these lanes.
