Updating The Comp_rate Causes The Update_Order Indicator To Get Checked In The UI (Doc ID 3001621.1)

Symptoms

Update_Orders indicator in the item expense UI screen is working incorrectly.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Consider an existing item expense
2.Edit the comp_rate for a few item expense components
3. Click on RECALCULATE IND in the item expenses screen in the UI
4.Issue 1-In Step 2, only the component_rate was updated for BRKR the 'Update_Orders' indicator was NOT checked/updated.
But after recalculating the 'Update_Orders' indicator is checked for both the components
5.Now, we can want to uncheck the 'Update_Orders' indicator for the BRKR component
Unchecked the indicator and clicked on the recalculate button
6. Step 6
ISSUE 2 - Now the 'Update_Orders' indicator for BRKR is not getting unchecked
