Symptoms

On the Performance Goals and Create Person Record pages, users need to input a start and end date. However, screen reader and JAWS users are not properly informed of the format in which they are required to fill out the date. While the form field does implement placeholder text (‘dd/mm/yyyy’), this disappears when users start in the field
