Symptoms

Employee was rehired. The Collect Participant job is not clearing out the End-Dates and Active Flag.


STEPS
1. Employee is terminated. The Collect Participant process end-dated the participant.
2. Employee is re-hired. The Collect Participant process did not clear out the end dates.
