The Auto Creation Audit Log Does Not Display the Most Recent Auto Creation Event At the Top of the Log (Doc ID 3001982.1)

Last updated on APRIL 12, 2024

Applies to:

Primavera Unifier Cloud Service - Version 23.8 to 24.3 [Release 23.8 to 24.3]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

The "Auto Creation Audit Log" is not displaying new or the most recent auto-creation events. It is known and confirmed that there have been recent auto-creation events that cannot be found in the current auto creation audit log.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------------
The latest auto-creation event should be displayed at the top of the audit log by default.

STEPS`
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log into the Unifier environment.
  2. Navigate to Company Workspace > Admin Mode > System Information > Auto Creation Audit Log > There are over 9000+ items in the log. The dates on these records range from several months/years ago up until just a few days ago. However the auto creation events that are displayed at the top of the log are from many months ago, instead of displaying the events that occurred a few days ago.
  3. To display the latest events, the display 10000 per page must first be selected, then the "Istep Start Time" can be clicked twice to sort ascending and then descending. This is the only way to get the latest event to be displayed.
