Data from RPM_ITEM_ZONE_PRICE Not Purged

Goal
A couple of ZONE_IDs are present in RPM_ITEM_ZONE_PRICE but not in the RPM_ZONE table. These were expected to be purged from RPM_ITEM_ZONE_PRICE as well.
Could you please check why the records for these zone IDs still exist in the RPM_ITEM_ZONE_PRICE table?
