Symptoms

SOCS - Add unexpected item privlege not working

When trying to create a transfer shipment document for store to store transfer (without previous transfer request). When adding the item to the shipment within the container we are getting prompt "Items does not exist on the selected transfer. Unexpected items cannot be added to the transfer.', while permission "Add Unexpected Items to Transfer Shipment" is assigned.

ERROR

"Items does not exist on the selected transfer. Unexpected items cannot be added to the transfer"



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create transfer shipment without transfer request
2. Try to add item to the container within the shipment


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot add an unexpected item to the container.
