Symptoms
Job Cleanup Stock Counts job is failing hence, abandoned stock counts are not getting cleared.
It is expected that the Job should be successful and stock counts older than 30 days should be purged.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Check for older counts (In Progress & NEW)
2. Execute the SIOCS Batch Cleanup Stock Counts job
3. Job is failing.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot purge abandoned stock counts that are older than 30 days.
