'User Access type' of 'Mobile Action' is NOT Available on OTM 'Manage User Access' Screen (Doc ID 3002489.1)

Symptoms

Post 24A Upgrade, under OTM "Manage User Access" screen 'User Access type' of 'Mobile Action' is NOT available.

The observation can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login with Admin access in 24A or Later version OTM/GTM instance
2. Navigate to Configuration and Administration > User Configuration > Manage User Access
3. Open the drop down for 'User Access Type'
4. ''Mobile Action'' is not available/listed

Changes

The old Mobile app which used the Mobile Actions has been de-supported.
