Symptoms

FA Mass Additions Spreadsheet is missing supplier name for some records.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate Assets 
2. Select Book
3. Click Additions > Prepare All
4. Open Create Asset Additions spreadsheet (MassAdditions.xlsx)
